How do I pay for the cleaning?

We accept all major credit/debit cards. We invoice via Stripe once the cleaning is complete. Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice.

Do you do laundry?

Yes. We offer on-site laundry service (if you have a working W/D). Our standard service includes laundering 1 set of bed linens and 2 sets of towels. Additional bed/towel sets are charged extra.

Do you restock guest essentials (toilet paper, soap, etc)?

We can restock using your on-site supplies at no extra charge. If you prefer, we can we provide the supplies (toilet paper, paper towel, trash bags, dish soap/sponge, and hotel sized toiletries) for a fee.

Do you provide your own cleaning supplies?

Yes. We bring all professional-grade cleaning supplies and equipment (vacuums, mops, microfibers) needed to get your property guest-ready.

Can you follow my specific staging “look” and cleaning checklist?

Absolutely. Simply provide your staging photos or a custom checklist via Taskbird or email info@stpetevacationcleaning.com, and we will ensure the property looks exactly how your guests expect it.

What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

We understand that plans change. We ask for 24 hrs notice for cancellations or reschedules. Please note: cancellations within 24hrs, guest no-show, and lockout are subject to a $50 fee.

What if a guest checks out late or leaves a huge mess?

We ask that you notify us as soon as you are aware of a late checkout. For excessive mess (party cleanup/biohazard), we will send photos immediately. An additional heavy-duty cleaning fee may apply.

How do you handle property damage or maintenance issues?

We are your eyes on the ground. We perform a walk-through upon arrival. If we find noticeable damage, stains, or burnt-out lightbulbs, we’ll send you a photo and description before we start cleaning.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes, we are fully licensed and insured to protect your home and your investment.

What happens if I’m not happy with the cleaning?

Your satisfaction is our priority. If we missed something, please notify us within 24 hours with photos, and we will return to correct it free of charge.
